Woven throughout the program, you learn these tools and techniques we developed from a groundbreaking fusion of quantum physics, neuroscience, business strategy and consciousness.

Growth Catalyst Program Schedule
The Growth Catalyst Program has a monthly recurring schedule that consists of 3 components: a weekly call, a monthly 1-on-1, and daily access to chat. This blend of interactions promotes a balance of learning, experiencing, and integrating which is key to lasting transformation.
WHO PARTICIPATES?
Company-Wide Transformation: 4-8 of the key executives of your company. Once they have incorporated the tools and techniques, then we begin working with the next level of leadership or the executives become ambadassors to begin infusing the tools and techniques throughout the company themselves.
Team-Focused Activation: Alternately, you can focus on a specific team within the company and select 4 - 12 of the team members including the team leader.
GROUP
Weekly Video Call
Once a week we meet for an hour as a group over Zoom. This call is the heartbeat of the program and our clients say it quickly becomes their favorite hour of the week (even though they originally thought they didn't have time for it).
The call has 3 components:
- a check-in with successes and hurdles
- learning a GC Power Tool or deepening our knowledge on how to use an existing tool (often we apply the tools directly to the check-in hurdles)
- an experience so we can begin to put the tools into practice
INDIVIDUAL
Monthly 1-on-1
Sometimes it's important for everything to be ALL ABOUT YOU! That's exactly why we made sure there was a part of the program that was dedicated to focusing on each person individually.
Once a month, each participant is able to meet for an hour with Amanda & Amy with a private 1-on-1 session over Zoom. These sessions allow us to go deep into areas that are specific to you and to activate your potential and identify your limiting beliefs in ways that are unique from the rest of the team, and provide space for you to work on topics you would prefer to work on privately.
GROUP
Daily Chat
All participants are also in a group chat where they can share their miracle moments, their questions, their struggles, their insights, and their support for one another.
In addition, Amanda & Amy provide support throughout the week via chat to help integrate the tools into the everyday workstream.
The group experience is key to producing the high levels of accelerated outcomes that we are witnessing. The group dynamics in the Growth Catalyst Program are like jet fuel to skyrocket your goals forward.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT: While there is no contractual minimum # of months (and you can cancel online at any time), we request that you commit to experiencing at least 3 months of the program to give your company the time for the initial learning and transformation to begin. Most of our groups have seen such growth and value from the program that they continue with the program on an open-ended basis. As teams progress past the 6 month mark, the program becomes highly customized to them to begin to deepen their skills and experience, building mastery.
PROGRAM END DATE: There is no pre-scheduled end date to the program. While the program begins the same for all teams learning the science and fundamentals, there is a large number of Growth Catalyst Power Tools and how they are applied in advanced situations is customized to fit the specifics of each team. Different companies may have different hurdles or be at different stages with what they need for transformation to establish healthy growth and wellbeing. We have modularized the program to make sure we are custom selecting the pieces that will give you the greatest opportunity for growth each week and month. Our average client has chosen to continue with us well beyond 1 year as they continue to grow and deepen their skills. As mentioned previously, since there is no minimum commitment, you can end the program at any time by cancelling on our online portal.

Custom developed strategy sessions include up to 4 hours of live or pre-recorded delivery time plus up to 20 hours of session preparation and materials development. Sessions are delivered live over Zoom or pre-recorded on our content delivery platform. Travel and additional expenses are not included.
