One of the key pieces of the program is our toolbox, which becomes your toolbox, filled with the Growth Catalyst Power Tools. Woven throughout the program, you learn these tools and techniques we developed from a groundbreaking fusion of quantum physics, neuroscience, business strategy and consciousness.
Shortly after founders begin using the the GC Power Tools, they tell us they are noticing staggering results beyond their expectations and we start getting regular text messages from them saying "You're never going to believe what happened today….".

Growth Catalyst Program Schedule
The Growth Catalyst Program has a monthly recurring schedule that consists of 3 components: a weekly call, a monthly 1-on-1, and daily access to chat. This blend of interactions promotes a balance of learning, experiencing, and integrating which is key to lasting transformation.
GROUP
Weekly Video Call
Once a week we meet for an hour with all the founders and key team members over Zoom. This call is the heartbeat of the program and our clients say it quickly becomes their most favorite hour of the week.
The call has 3 components:
- a check-in to see each person's successes and hurdles
- learning a GC Power Tool or deepening our knowledge on how to use an existing tool (often we apply them directly to the hurdles mentioned in the check-in)
- an experience so we can begin to put the tools into practice
INDIVIDUAL
Monthly 1-on-1
Sometimes it's important for everything to be ALL ABOUT YOU! That's exactly why we made sure there was a part of the program that was dedicated to focusing on each person individually.
Once a month, each of the founders and key team members are able to meet for an hour with Amanda & Amy with a private 1-on-1 session over Zoom. These sessions allow us to go deep into areas that are specific to you and to activate your potential in ways that are unique from the rest of the team, and provide space for you to work on topics you would prefer to work on privately.
GROUP
Daily Chat
The founders and key team members from the weekly call are also in a group chat where they can share their miracle moments, their questions, their struggles, their insights, and their support for one another. In addition, Amanda & Amy provide support throughout the week via chat to help integrate the tools into the everyday workstream.
The group experience is key to producing the high levels of accelerated outcomes that we are witnessing. The group dynamics in the Growth Catalyst Program are like jet fuel to skyrocket your goals forward.
MINIMUM COMMITMENT: While there is no contractual minimum # of months (and you can cancel online at any time), we request that you commit to experiencing at least 3 months of the program to give yourself the time for the initial learning and transformation to begin. Most of our teams have seen such growth and value from the program that they continue with the program on an open-ended basis. As teams progress past the 6 month mark, the program becomes highly customized to them to begin to deepen their skills and experience, building mastery.
PROGRAM END DATE: There is no pre-scheduled end date to the program. While the program begins the same for all teams learning the science and fundamentals, there is a large number of Growth Catalyst Power Tools and how they are applied in advanced situations is customized to fit the specifics of each team. Different startups may have different hurdles or be at different stages with what they need to overcome to grow and establish wellbeing. We have modularized the program to make sure we are custom selecting the pieces that will give you the greatest opportunity for growth each week and month. Our average client has chosen to continue with us well beyond 1 year as they continue to grow and deepen their skills. As mentioned previously, since there is no minimum commitment, you can end the program at any time by cancelling on our online portal.

The Growth Catalyst Program is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until you cancel. While there is no contractual minimum, we recommend that you expect to spend at least 3 months experiencing the program to begin seeing the transformational results.
